That's a very human thing to do. We all do it to some extent. Try your best to minimize that need for validation by doing other things with your life. Make yourself into a mountain of accomplishment and achievement and you will get plenty of validation from other sources for other things. The side benefit to this is that this also raises your smv and gets women to want to be a part of your life.

Can't say I get an emotional "high" from praise, but what I would do is wait a while for her to text you. You better yourself by doing something you find difficult and uncomfortable. And the bonus: if you are giving her an hour of screaming orgasms, when she does contact you she will be begging instead of praising.
