I haven't seen a lot of Seinfeld, but Kramer looks like a pretty good model of a Sigma male.

There was another Kramer moment I remember. George was sensing an inevitable breakup with his girlfriend. He was moping that he "has no hand" in the relationship. Kramer says to simply "break up with her". It dawned on George that "either we break up but at least I go out with some dignity, or I gain all the hand!" And it worked beautifully (until he fucked it up George-style later in the episode).
