I've been seeing a FWB for about 5 months. Here's what happened last weekend:

- She said the weekend before that we could do anal for the first time the following weekend. It didn't happen.

- She said she really wanted to see a movie, but in the theater acted cold, eventually wanted to leave early... This is after she said she really wanted to go to a movie and I agreed even though I don't like movies (maybe a bad move)
- When we got home from the movie, she apologized for being cold and said she wasn't feeling in a good mood for reasons unrelated to me (or, more aptly, for no reason). She flirted with the idea of denying sex but ultimately didn't and it was the same quality as usual.

- The whole weekend she wasn't very agreeable and seemed argumentative over tiny little things.

- She slept over my place, which is standard.

- She said I never bought her flowers........ as if she had earned flowers for her behavior. That was the cherry on top.

Since last weekend:
- She screwed up and missed a deadline, then said she needed to cancel our upcoming date so she could get work done (we're both grad students). I said OK.

- The next day she tried to uncancel and I said I made plans already. This is the 3rd time she's tried to uncancel on me.

I haven't been texting her unless she texts me first, and I haven't been very warm or given her much attention. This meets one definition of a soft next I've seen on here. I'm not really ignoring her completely.

A few weeks ago, she talked about how she wanted more and wanted to be my girlfriend. She also wants to go on a double date next weekend. I feel like double dates are a bf/gf thing and I'm not ready for an increased level of commitment until I feel that this trend of me being taken for granted stops. She never used to be cold or moody. This is new.

Should I cancel the double date and explain why? Should I cancel without explaining why? I don't want to go on it and I'm less willing to do things I don't want for her after I took her to a stupid movie and she was cold in return.
