Two lovely ladies at my gym. I've been going there since september ish and have seen them a million times. Always working out together, not wearing the typical cardio-bunny-look-at-me outfit but still looking cute. A bench finally frees up and what do you know? it's the one right behind them. Awesome cleavage shot as the one of them is doing dumbbell presses. Good way to get pump for a lift IMHO.

But i'm not here to pick up chicks. I'm on the first day of my summer cut, first day switching off of starting strength and going to RPT. So I go about my business, do my warm up sets, finish my first working set and go to get water after. I noticed they were walking to their locker so i walked over and said "you girls get high fives" then gave them both a high five.

"I see you two here all the time and I just wanted to tell you to get up the good work because it's obvious the difference it's making, you guys look good"

they grin ear to ear and say thanks. we shoot the shit for a minute about lifting and then i just turn around to go finish my set.

I take two steps before one of them says "hey wait whats your name?" and sticks her hand out to shake.

introductions are made, more shit is shot, talk about an incoming 5k color run i'm doing and tell them to be in my group. One more round of high fives and we go our separate ways.

Turns out they weren't done so by the time i finished my lifts (holy fuck RPT is my shit. Only did bench press and push ups and got the best pump of my life. highly recommend trying it out) they were walking down the stairs in front of me. I told them to stop following me and let me finish my cooldown. 3 months ago I would have gone for both their numbers since the moment was there. Now I already have my girls i need for sex. I'm just the cool guy at the gym who noticed their hard work. I'll let them chase. How much do you want to bet that they approach me next time?
