How do you get women to lose weight

1- dont date fatties in the first place

2- when vetting go for girls with small waistlines (less predisposed to gain belly fat so soon)

3- if you're in a LTR and she gains weight apply dread. I'd personally tell her straight you need to lose the pounds. I dont date overweight women

You break up with them. A girl in a relationship will try to lose weight but won't succeed because "you should live her how she is". When she's single she'll do it.

If I was dating a chick and she gained some weight, I would just buy her a clothing present in her old size.

Her hamster will take care of the rest.

If you go gym regularly and apply dread, then she will workout if she wants you.
