I have question about this small/big problem when it comes to jealous.

Sometimes I watch friends on social media, who show their lives in beautiful colors, a couple of trips, their own art, friends, fun etc. How not to be jealous in such situations? Of course, I know that one of them is simply avoiding social media, but there is another way to help me look at it differently?
