I wrote a post about my sister being depressed a few days ago, and since then I've been trying to talk with her but it didn't go really well. She seems really broken and she throws threats about "no one seems to understand where this is going", "all I want to do is to roll into a ball and disappear and I can't do it when my dog is still here", and "you'll regret about abandoning me" and "the best thing that I had is gone and he took any reason to live" (regarding her cat).

I feel like it's talking to a child that lost his favourite toy, he doesn't want solutions nor another toy, he just wanna be angry and blame everyone for not feeling his pain and giving him a hug about losing his toy. My other sisters are talking about taking her to a psychiatrist, and the whole family worries about her doing something, but I just feel like she needs a hug and a man around her, and that's why she's so invested in me, because I was the only man in her life, and she's angry at me because I disappeared when she needed me the most, and I understand, but I go through a lot of shit myself and I couldn't just add more to my life with being there emotionally for her, being an emotional tampon took too much of me for the past 22 years and now I feel like she throws all of these threats and tantrums towards me because she suffers from an extreme victim mentality.

What do you think I should do? just go see her again and hug her? cry with her about her cat? because that's what she seems to want, she told me "you're the only one who knew him as me and could understand and you just left me alone". It all seems too fake, I'll be honest, I just want to bury these feelings about her cat and dog because I want to move on, I've been tough a lot, but it's like when my grandfather died and my dad was strong and took care of us instead of saying fuck it, I'm hurt so we won't talk about it and you'll suffer alone like I'm doing with my sister.
