Most women will go nuclear on you if you bring up PT since they consider it a direct attack at themselves (talk about solipsism) and give 0 empathy towards the dude that only has the word of the partner if the child is his.

if you wanna do this with minimal bullshit, figure out a day where you can take only you and the child to a DNA testing facility without your girlfriend knowing. Its possible to ascertain paternity with only your and the child's DNA.

here is the thing though, there is knowledge and there is belief

she knows the kid is hers, while you can only ever believe her daughter is yours.

even after the test is done, you are still only ever in a state of belief, she says the daughter is yours, the test confirms it (or not) you are now believing her and the test results.

i know a guy who's 'son' is really the son of his brother that his wife (at the time of conception) was banging.
