I'm currently in a situation where there is a woman in a position of authority over me and she has treated me and others poorly. As for some examples, she was screaming at a few of my colleagues over a mistake that had no affect on the final product. She was screaming at these people for a good 5 minutes, people from the same building heard the commotion and looked inside the room to see what was going on. She later stormed up to me and came within inches of my face and screamed at me as well, even though I hadn't done anything wrong.

I got written up by her multiple times even though I followed her exact instructions. Her instructions change frequently too. In one day, we can expect her to change her instructions 3-5 times.

I tried reporting her to her boss. It turns out that others have reported her as well. But I was essentially told that I was being a pussy and to fuck off. Her boss reworded what I said so that I would sound like I'm making a big deal out of nothing. For example, I mentioned that when she was screaming at my colleagues, I believed that it was a form of public humiliation. Her boss reworded it and said that it was "constructive feedback".I believe that in psychology, this is referred to as projection. When I mentioned that my boss got within inches of my face and screamed, her boss said that this was a "normal greeting".

What's interesting is that her boss has revealed that she (my boss) acts like this towards her colleagues as well, including everybody that's above her in the "chain of command". Her boss simultaneously claimed that I was bullshitting but also claimed that my boss acts that way with everyone. The contradiction is shady as fuck and I think that my boss is being protected.

I'll be honest, I feel pretty shitty because of this. It feels like being bullied in grade school again. I feel pretty helpless. Nobody I've talked to has taken this seriously. I'm completely lost and I don't know what to do.
