Man you spam on several threads. Here you go some basics that you can find easy on the sidebar:

- eat healthy as possible, visit the gym often and make cardio to keep your physic good

- practice a martial art class to build confidence and discipline further

- focus on your classes and following education

- make yourself your priority - you are on the first place of importance

- social media is bullshit - you waist time, but it's necessary evil, have it, but don't pay much attention to it, be cool in real life, not behind some stupid online photo

- take social activities - join hobby clubs, travel around, socialize with people in real life

- take soul activities - read science books, educate yourself, meditate, read classic authors for life examples

- women are easy - you need to be confident in yourself first, then you won't feel she is superior being, she is another clueless being that wants to cuddle, feel and have a hole to be filled

If you want to have women, it's simple - Approach the girls you find attractive, introduce yourself and chat. Get their number and take them out. Then it's simple - touch, escalate if the touch is accepted and LEAD them the way you want things to happen. Girls want things to happen and man has to make things happen. When you realize that you will have no problem with girls you like.

You sound addicted to social media and want people to tell you its okay to use. Stop being a wimp if you want to use it use it. if not then don't.

When it comes to women and social media if they're interested believe me they will message you. Initiating yourself hardly works. But it can work as well if you're in luck.

What to avoid is : Selfies,pics of you and your cat laying in the bed without any other pic of you doing anything, pics of you being alone,pics of you and your mother standing the front porch, having no friends at all and showing it, pics of you and your dad playing baseball.

What to have: Pics of you with friends,social life,travelling the world,doing cool shit.
