Been with my gf for almost 2 years. We travel a ton together, live together etc. she makes more money than I do currently. I run my own business and funds are very structured as I mainly use them for my business investments and all. One is a service business and the other is an amazon affiliate store than I’m currently working on. I don’t make much and still work hard to make ends meet. She makes well over in the six figure range. I feel awkward and bad sometimes that she buys me random gear for when I workout in the gym. Active stuff and she charges a lot of stuff to her card for us and I will spot her the money later.

I do help her in other ways... emotionally, and physically as she sometimes hits the gym with me and does my routine. But as for the finer things like material things I just can’t afford pocket books and fancy highend restaurants. Today I’m taking her to dinner to this Mexican place I’ve been wanting to go to. It’s cheap but really good reviews. Not highend. Just hope she doesn’t perceive me as being cheap or whatever. Idk. Just hope one day I can give her those highend gifts that most people can afford. I just can’t right now.
