obviously we are all working on being the best version of ourselves. but something ive come to realize, and this sort of bothers me, is the idea that its literally impossible to be the absolute best version of yourself because you can always do more. overtraining is a myth for example. you could literally train 4 hours a day in the gym. or at least that much exercise so lifting running swimming posture etc. i mean theres so many things we can do to be better, to improve, that it doesnt seem like there could possibly ever be a point of real self actualization other than absolute perfection which many would argue doesnt exist. but even then, you can always do more... its like its never enough. and thats a good thing but. another question, what are yalls thoughts on "your too hard on yourself". ive gotten that a lot throughout my life. do yall think its possible to be too hard on yourself? do you ever think or wonder if you are too hard on yourself? it seems like to be completely dedicated to "this", you have to be extremely hard on yourself. theres so much shit you can do for your looks every single day, more so than most would be willing to admit. and thats just looks... hope this made sense. thoughts?
