I know education is incredibly important but I've been stuck at this point for Lmost 2 years now and I keep letting myself put it off.

So the good news is my work will pay for my college as long as I keep my grades above a B. But the degree I want is gonna be in engineering so I'm nervous about having the time to do well enough to keep my funding and work fulltime in a factory (it pays well enough to keep me there but it does take alot of my free time).

The HR department says they will work with everyone to adjust their schedule as needed for school. But we just opened our second plant and are already short handed so I kind of think that's a lie.

I really want to be an engineer, but I feel like I'm just going to fail at this point. I'm 25, so am I right to be worried about this not working out or am I just being a pussy? I figured online would be my only option but I'm not really interested in anything I could do with an online degree. I went to college after highschool and graduated while working part time, but I was also still living off my parents and had a great group of teachers. I know I can do it I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has been in this situation who can tell me I'm being stupid.
