So many things wrong with this:

Why is your LTR checking your phone? Have some respect for your privacy and try instill at least like 2% dread/ the feeling she doesn't just completely own you. An 'open phone policy' is bullshit that girls made up to make sure you have no options.
No, you should not care if she sees it. Have you been part of this community for more than 5 minutes? Women want men that other women want. She may not care because all you did was white knight for some broad and jump her car, but on the off chance that she thinks this girl is hitting on you it'll drive her crazy (in a good way).
Are you so insecure that you wouldn't like it if a guy sent your girl a heart? The last girl I dated had guys sending her love songs. I laughed and said "but whose bed are you in?". And if your girl is anything above a 4 I'm sure guys are sending her heart messages and she's deleting them.

You did nothing wrong and your worried about your LTR finding hearts on your phone. Grow a pair. She should know other girls find you attractive.

Jesus christ it's this kind of low quality content on AskTRP that makes you want to unsubscribe.
