How do I stop worrying about outcomes

I simplify things for myself whenever faced with decisions or scenarios. Best case and worst case outcome. Then work towards the former whilst acting to minimise the occurrence of the latter.

Worrying about it; living in fear of it contributes little. Train yourself to recognise when you’re feeling a certain way; accept it then consciously train yourself to let negative emotions go. Focus on building your mental fortitude; and you’ll better for it.

Who do you live for. Yourself or the approval of others? Walk the world, feel the footprints you make beneath you and smell the air you’re meant to conquer.
Something that helped me in this area was exploring philosophy. Two books that helped me were meditations and letters from a stoic. There’s something about very old literature to me, as if technology has prevented many people from getting in touch with themselves.
