Krishna Dwaipayana (Vedvyas) - Mahabharata

It tells you how to live your life. The path of life might make you do good/bad things. Dharma (universal law) changes as per times. What might be right according to your dharma might not necessarily be right as per my dharma. What might be right 500 years ago might not be right today. It talks on a variety of subjects, with a lot of red pill knowledge, and imho, the core of Red Pill thinking. There are 1000s of translations of Mahabharata, see which suits you best. University of Chicago has been working on an unabridged translation since 30 years, but haven't finished yet. Just to give you an essence of what the Mahabharata is about:

Pandu, the great king, was out hunting one day and saw two deers right in the midst of making love. He drew his bow and arrow and shot the male deer, right at the moment of climax. The deer then cursed Pandu, saying "It might be right for the dharma of kings to hunt, but what you have committed is a terrible sin because you shot me right when I about to attain supreme pleasure. You could have waited for me to finish and then happily shot me. For this reason, I curse you that you will die the same death the moment before you are about to attain supreme pleasure (orgasm)." For this reason, Pandu, the great king, could not make love to his two wives, and thus, could not give birth to sons to take over his kingdom.

He then asked his eldest and beloved wife, Kunti, to find a man equal in his austerities to himself, and conceive children with him. Kunti refused, even after Pandu insisted multiple times. In a long debate between the two, Kunti talks about the yuga (era) in which women were unfaithful to the husbands and how that was the right dharma for women of those times. However, times have changed. These times require for wives to be faithful to their husbands, and thus, she cannot conceive with any man who is not her husband. Pandu later has 5 excellent sons, that is another story in itself.

"Those who know the supreme human say that a man who is asked by a woman for the fruition of her season must grant her wish. Otherwise, he commits the sin of killing an embryo. A man who refuses when a desiring woman, married or unmarried, privately solicits him, is called a killer of an embryo by the learned."

"What is there in the Mahabharata might be found elsewhere. But what is not there in the Mahabharata cannot be found anywhere."
