You mean you feel guilty about doing what it takes to get your wishes and needs met. You think what you want isn't valid. You think it's not realistic for women to give you what you want.

This is a self-invalidating narrative that is a holdover from the ways you acted helpless as a child for the purpose of getting attention.

It isn't if you want to continue to act like a shy little boy. It's not just realistic, bit inevitable if you act like a tough man who doesn't give a fuck.
