Do society expects us to treat women better than men? I mean latelly since I was RP I try to treat women the same way I treat men and I came up as unfrendly and maybe a bit agressive...

Giving an example, friday, at work a woman asked something, I work on IT and she asked me if a problem is already solved, I just said "I don't know, I didn't check that" and she kind of became upset because she expected me to check that for her.

How do you deal with this? Do you also try to treat women as you treat men, and what is your feedback?

Another question, is something that baffles me for years, and I need help to learn how to deal with it.

It applies to both men and women, but mainly women, how do you deal when you try to be sociable with someone, they just don't give any feedback or give something back, like at work you try to fit in but no one wants you to fit in.

Then someone new arrives at work and she gives him all the attention in the world, makes jokes, etc... when with you she would just put her phones and didn't even want to listen to what you are saying... that corrodes me inside... and I kind of stop talking to that person when that happen.

Before you say things like meet other people, this is not an isolate case, it is a padron.

I need help to not care about this, it corrodes me inside.
