I was having a slumpy day (frame kinda shaky and whining a little) and I wanted to go on a dunking session and I did. When I was came back home I hopped into the shower.
I remembered about cold showers and decided to take one.
When I turned the water on I didn't whine.
I remembered the 3 second rule. I straight up hopped into the shower. Right with the head and my back (sharpest part of my body getting affected from cold).
I went on without whining. For a reason this felt familiar with studying and other stressful stuff. This was my first time hopping into a cold shower on purpose with my own will.
Suddenly, from my slumpy day, I regained my frame and I stopped whining.
***Cold Showers**
While it has many benefits to your skin and cooling you down from a stressed body, It can help your **frame**.
What I mean by that: When you lift or do martial arts it boosts your confidence too (kind of a side effect right) So cold showers help your frame.
It was a hot sunny day while I wrote this and usually I felt like shit and sweated a lot after normal showers but this time I felt diffrent. My slumpiness went away.
TL;DR: if you are feeling slumpy or you are feeling off or unfocused, you can take a cold shower. It refreshes your frame and get your levels on normal again.
