Background: Recently turned 18. I’ve had a difficult and fairly isolated social life between the ages of 13-16. Bullying in school took it’s toll on me during that period which basically caused me to isolate myself from family members, low-self esteem and feeling very lonely and jaded. Never told anyone about it because i didn't want a bad and weak image (my reasoning). I had no love or self-respect for myself. With time, things changed and at 17 i changed school, found a good friend group and thanks to losing weight, meditating, quitting porn, socializing daily and writing a journal analysing why i was picked on as a target, i eventually processed it myself and have come a long way (not there yet) in accepting it and moving on to the journey of self improvement. I've come a long way but negative thoughts have been bothering me for the last couple of days...

Current issues hindering mindset:

Looks: I have a nose that looks quite normal from the front but from a profile view is hooked and has a noticeably big bump on it due to a bully physically attacking me years ago. I feel as if it’s holding me back with girls my age but at the same time there’s no way i’ll be able to fix it surgically until i’m in my early 20s. How do i accept that i have to spend my late teens with this ?...

Gynecomastia: Had it since early teens and seems to be genetic as my older brother had it and got it removed in his early 20s. Not able to remove it now according to several endocrinologists, earliest at 19. It’s by far the thing that’s messing with me the most. Being unable to wear tees outdoors despite being skinny and not fat, avoiding swimming to escalating physically with girls (shirtless sex is a no go) and feeling less of a man at this age is tough.

Mental/comparison: How do I accept that i have to wait until 19/20 to have sex due to gyno? I’ve come a long way from reading the sidebar several times and starting lifting but I have to wait until next year to be able to have honorable sex with women while other guys at my age are having sex at this moment and earlier. Sure, i've made a plan to improve my game by approaching/talking to girls but without escalating it to sex (again embarassing gyno). I feel as if life circumstances were destined to be against me from early on and comparing myself to guys my age makes me feel depressed. Every time i see a teen couple hanging out, living the fun years of their lives to the fullest i feel shitty and left behind and tbh it feels awful to the extent that it at times ruins my mood. How do I accept these factors out of my control and live my life to the fullest at my age, despite my circumstances ?

Would appreciate any advice...
