I have read in TRP that there isn't much room for TRP in the workplace so maybe that answers this already. Kinda long but Could really use the advice.

Country: Singapore so everyone is Asian in this story but me, not sure if culture plays a part.

New to the job, been here about 5 months.

In the past 2 Months, One of my Bosses, (1 level under head of company) Seems to take every opportunity he can to shit test me and emasculate me. He strikes me as the type of guy who was picked on a lot.

Him: Older 45, Short, fat, Ugly, Single, really bad with women (seen it first hand), makes bad jokes all the time. No one in the office likes him except my Head boss. Everyone talks shit behind his back.

Me: American, White, 27, Good looking, 6ft. Main boss likes me a lot and so does everyone in the office.

This Dick Head is always asking me to do things he knows I have 0 chance of succeeding in. Even though they are outside my job scope/skills I try to complete the tasks and learn but he even criticizes that. When I am trying to contribute he literally tells me to "Stop Talking". Has me do his paper work/ sending documents, filing shit etc, and particular work he doesn't want to do. Secretary shit, which I was not hired for. On top of that he keeps Taking jobs I was hired for from me and does them himself (My Head Boss passes me the client, and the he convinces him the Client is to high value and he should take the job). Then Tells me I do nothing and provide no value to the company, in front of the whole office mind you. I was hired to be a project manager and handle Clients, So far he's taken 75% of the projects away from me and only lets me do the small projects.

We had a meeting today with all my bosses 3 Total, to Rebrand/change the name for the company. My head boss (nice guy) had even asked me to brain storm some ideas to get things going.

I submit a document to them a Month ago about name Ideas/how to figure out a company name. I laid out basic strategies on coming up with a company name after researching the process. The Idea was just to get everyone Brainstorming Ideas. Dick head Boss told me the document was total shit.

Today we have a meeting with this chick who works in the office about once a month Who is pretty into me, she is my age (always inviting me to go rock climbing/ drinking, very flirty, touching etc. I never escalate or hit on her because I don't shit where I Eat, but she is very attractive and I would If we didn't work together, even though we hardly do) She presents more or less the exact same things I had laid out in my document a month prior. Dick Head Boss LOVES IT. Ok fine I ignore that.

The Nicer Head boss says he is glad I'm here as I generally offer a unique perspective. Meeting starts and were asked to spit ball some general Words, How do you see your company culture, client perspective, ideal client, what makes you stand out etc. All one word answers.

I Chime in here and there with a few words I feel fit the company, Nothing bad. Dick head boss starts telling me to Stop talking and the meeting would be better without me. (I have literally only suggested 2 words at this point, we are 5 minutes into the meeting). I responded with "I'm trying to be proactive and help, If I think I have a good word, I'm going to say it". a few minutes go by and I suggest another word, and he flips out. He calls my head boss outside to have a word. they come back in 2 minutes later and My head boss suggests that I just take a back seat this meeting and learn. I say " I Don't see what the problem is but ok, will do."

How the fuck can I respond to this asshole? All of me wants to say, Don't talk to me like that, or challenge him or something, rather than letting him walk all over me every single time. I really don't want to get fired, I like the Job and need the experience, I just can't stand this guy. He seems to be able to convince my boss of anything, My boss knows he's a dick, he's worked here for about 10 years, don't think he's leaving any time soon. Suggestions?
