I might be bitching but I really need some insight to deal with the following situation. I am trying to charter a Rotaract club (a club involving youths for personal as well as social development)in our university and I've done the most work regarding collecting members and making them familiar to rotaract.

During establishmemt President of Rotaract is decided by the Rotary club.(The sponsor of the Rotaract club, they consist of people above age 30years and sponsor the activities of Rotaract club)

The person of Rotary who has undertaken the job of establishing Rotaract is trying to make his son the president. His son clearly isn't qualified for the post and neither had done even a single work.(He is my senior in university so I know.)

Now I've done all the work, invested time and energy to make sure the club gets chartered, but a new character pops up and wants to take up Presidency with nor prior experience or whatsoever in the field.

How do I deal with this situation?
