I’ve decided to be more proactive in self improvement in the past few years so that I can be more feminine in my general presentation and embrace my feminine energy and give that to those around me, including my friends, family, and potential partners. However, because I date women instead of men (aka I’m sapphic), I’m really nervous about being active in this group. I’ve dated multiple boys and each relationship failed because there was just no connection and I felt repulsed by intimacy with them. I almost attempted suicide because my self esteem was in the gutter from how I felt that there was something wrong with me. My friend [M19] from academia/church convinced me to date a girl and I was surprised that it actually worked out, so long story short he and I’ve come to terms with that despite our conservative religious beliefs. I would be on a sapphic advice group but a) they don’t embrace femininity in an appealing way and b) my conservative East Asian background and anti feminist views make me a target in these groups. So I thought RPW would be more my speed, and so far a lot of the non-relationship stuff is very helpful to me. I really want to be a part of this community and I hope that you can overlook this part of me in favour of my commitment to feminine self improvement.
