Definitely don’t say that. A lot of things wrong with that, 1: you’re asking, 2: you sound weird if you said “converse offline.” Just say “Hey let’s go to X place for drinks (or whatever you want to do, most important part).

I’m basing this off of having no details as to your relationship with this person but I would say something along the lines of “Let’s go grab drinks at(place and time).and if she agrees then say let me get your number so that we can confirm our plans.
