Let's be real ladies, you choose, but your choice is based off me setting the parameter that I let you choose me.

We can all agree what men want (at first) is pussy. So your skill is to sit there and wait, drawing the attention of a man so he can come over with his skills. We work hard for pussy, but after I come in and do what I do, what's your job?

I don't see how there is any circumstance in which I'm working for you - it's my company and I'm recruiting too. I developed the company over a long grind of figuring out what works.

In other words in the grand scheme of things my life is my business, and who I let in is who I want to hire, the qualifications are be hot. There are already low level employees at the company and if a secretary leaves, it's no big deal and I just open up the human resources dept again. The company stays successful and doesn't fail because we didn't lose the CEO.

It's like this because as a man I bring everything to the table up front to show you how great a company this is to work for. I think you could be a good hire for the company based off your vagina and looks alone. That's it. We have great vacation time off, high salaries, good benefits, a work load depending on your role at the company, a solid mission statement. I choose you to work for the company, if you decline, there are thousands of other personel that would love to come work for the company that have your same exact skill set - which is be hot.

When women try to run their own company they're unhappy, they have to set all the rules, regulations, plans for the future, etc. The company has to have a direction and they have to guide their employees. No woman wants to do that for a man, and if they did they wouldn't respect the man they did it for. On the other hand, if a guy can make you feel like you should submit to his company mission, then you're happy as can be. You guys want to be led if you believe the company is headed in the right direction. It's the man that chooses you.
