Spouse-choice is an EPIC decision.

I can't even think of something bigger in life, other than maybe career-choice (?) and where you locate yourself (which country? which city? which climate? which economy?).

It often shocks me that people seem so complacent about this choice, given the number of options out there to compare your choice to, and the only way you can feel secure in your choice is if you objectively hit it big (locked down a millionaire and moved way up the socioeconomic ladder in an objectively significant way from humble beginnings).
