Most friendships start from being stuck around a particular person A LOT. This is why most of the time, the average person makes their friends at school and at work. These situations are great because oftentimes you'll make friends with someone who's into things that you're clueless about and they can introduce you to something that may be a new interest for you.

Most of the time these days, I find myself hanging out with people that I can work on creative projects together or have hobbies in common (I'm an artist who's really a jack of all trades type from fine art to video to web dev).. I've met all sorts of interesting types and shared a beer with types such as professional musicians, street performers, tattooists, photographers, architects etc.. I'm a pretty introverted guy too, although I've got to say that it's a lot easier to do this in a major city than in the suburbs.

The higher value you have, the higher value male "friends" you will get. Higher value means something you can offer of benefit to the other person. Value does not mean money, it means value in the areas which the other person lacks.

You might be finacially poor but maybe you have connections, you are friends with the doorman of a club so you can jump the line. Your rich lawyer friend wants to get into the club, so he calls you up and you get him into the club.

Men who are in positions of authority are so used to having someone suck thier cock they enjoy talking to someone who is honest.

Learn how to be entertaining and charming. This will get you invited to many parties. If you are charming you can get away with a lot. So in my case I play the stupid red neck role, it appeals to people. If you are an Asian learn how to spout Buddhist wisdom or some nonsense maybe. I am from a rural part in America, so I tell tall tales about America to entertain people. Karaoke is big in Asia, most Asians do not know country songs. Usually every party I go to people ask me to sing them a song. I play the part of the token foreigner. Usually if I go to a videoke bar people will buy me drinks to sing songs.

Push the limits but with in reason. I went to a girlybar which had pool since it was part of a resort. One of the bargirls gave me attitude so I picked her up and carried her to the owner. I told the owner this girl is giving me attitude can I throw her in the pool ? He said sure why not, he probably thought I wouldn't do it. So I threw the girl in the pool while she was yelling and screaming. Everyone including the other girls thought it was very funny.

Nobody likes boring nice guys, they want someone who is entertaining and offers value.

Honestly, reading "The Way of Men" by Jack Donovan will help a lot in this aspect. The whole book is a sort of TRP-style approach to male-male relations. Evolutionary psychology mixed with analysis of what masculinity means to groups of men. The PDF is easily found online, but it's only ~$10 on Amazon in softcover. It's my Christmas gift for my dad as he really liked Donovan's other book, "A Sky Without Eagles".

Friendships are easy when you share a common goal or activity.

For instances most of my closet friends are on online gaming, I know doctors ,lawyers, unemployed guys living off of their parents.

My only true friend though was the one who sent me some Ram when my PC died.

A complete stranger on the internet help me make money by giving me something and never asked anything in return.

If you like sports,lifting,clubbing you can find guy friends who help you excel, but guys don't usually just shoot the shit
