Most of my redditing is between sets at the gym, while taking a shit, or while I'm bulking in front of my laptop. This is my only timewaster vice left since I don't watch TV or game anymore

When i feel im wasting too much time on reddit i will go on hiatus for a few months. When i come back im less invested. Repeat cycle.
