What is my title according to my actions?

I have renting a room in a house in which the landlord's daughter stays. I move in, shit test after shit test. Constant harassment. At any time of day, for any reason- from shouting to cursing to slamming doors to throwing clothes.

There are two others living there. She acts the same towards them.

The difference between me and them is how we react. They stay put regardless of the way she talks/acts. And they do not talk back.

When she speaks to me, I listen until she becomes unreasonable. This is when I tell her she's being unreasonable/raging, and walk away.

Two months ago, she began telling me that she wants me to move out. I told her that my agreement is with the landlord (her parents). One month ago, her father calls me, telling me I must absorb her daughter's share of the rent (and she would move out), or that I must leave. I understand his position, which is family first (a primal instinct), and told him I would move out.

I figure that if I allowed her to abuse me, I would not be forced to move out. However I chose to not absorb her abuse, and thus risking being forced to move out.

What would you do in my situation? Did I play this right?
