I don't see the problem you are trying to address. The Red Pill and BecomeAMan subscribe to a version of masculinity that they see fitting, and that helps them achieve the goals they have.

If you don't like the versions of masculinity or don't have the same goals, why would it offend you to see people discussing how to be the best version of what they want to be? I think it would be offensive if I ridiculed people who were of different gender identities, but in that same vein I find it offensive that I am questioned for my identity and what I hope to be.

If a person is F -> M and wants to be more masculine they may want to subscribe to some of the ideals of BecomeAMan as an outline. If they don't like that framework of what a "man" is, it is their prerogative to find a framework that better suits them.

I feel like you find it offensive that men exist who want to achieve an ideal of "men" that you don't agree with, but I don't understand why.

When I see discussion on TRP about people who don't fit into the mold of masculinity that they propose it is often in the context of other men being screwed over by women in such a way that they think TRP could have prevented. Other than that I don't see them discussing other gender identities or versions of masculinity.

I don't think it really matters. If you are trying to fill the role as a masculine male, then TRP applies. If you're a shemale, obviously you aren't trying to play the role of a man in the relationship, so it doesn't apply to them. But say, for a gay man, or f > m then it possibly could, considering who they want to be in the relationship. When it comes to crossdressing, the same thing applies. Eddie Izzard can still pull off being alpha in a dress, that's because he wants to be alpha and hetero, and he is not putting on a dress to fill a feminine role.
