1 go to the dentist get a full mouth clean 2 get a electric tooth brush 3 get oral b teeth whitening mouth wash 4 get teeth whitening tooth paste if your situation is bad get the strongest one( be mindful as the stronger it is the more sensitive your teeth will be unless you do step 5) 5 buy Colgate pro relief ( to help with sensitivity)

Anyways in morning before brushing use the mouth wash for 30 seconds then stick the electric toothbrush in your mouth without losing any of the mouth wash and start it and brush you teeth focus on your front ones for another 30 seconds to a minute.

Next use the teeth whitening tooth paste same deal go over your front teeth try avoiding the back as you need those for eating so you don’t want those to get sensitive. Do this for 2 min do the whole mouth but focus on the front ones.

Then use the pro relief tooth paste just brush for another 2 min.

At night same deal but when using the pro relief tooth paste don’t brush your teeth with it but rather rub it on all your teeth put a good helping of it just like if you are brushing them and go to sleep with it.

Now how to avoid the stains as much as possible drink coffee tea etc with a straw stick the straw at the back of your mouth and suck so you avoid the teeth as much as possible.

Also get a tongue scraper so after you drink you can scrape your tongue so there is less stuff in your mouth to stain your teeth.
