Hobbies, as others have said. Dudes become friends by doing shit like that, bowling or rock climbing or what the fuck ever. Manufactured adversity in our soft ass world.

Just talk to them during the day, at work, at school whatever. Then just ask them to join you to go drink something at a bar. Or whatever, if they do football, ask them to do football.
