Whats the best way to deal with this, i normally respond like who cares lets talk about yours instead which usually works cause woman love talking about themselves later if they keep asking i say i am busy but sometimes they just keep insisting and idk how to answer.

Later i usually just respond with the truth i have been more busy now i actually enjoy lifting and i am practicing martial arts which is a good thing but it puts me on her frame as compliant bitch thats validating himself to her and all this happens cause in reality more than lifting (thanks for the red pill for that) i am a nerd, i enjoy videogames and spents hours reading about science and philosophy.
