I set up a business line with Sprint last week, the process was hellacious. I showed them my business account & they still asked for a deposit to start up service, made me jump through hoops & go to a sprint store just to activate service. A total pain in the ass hassle when your car is being snow raped in January. You'd think I am applying for ballistic missile silo permit or something.

A week later I get a bill for more than 3x what I actually paid...

Fuck that.

I'm no math whiz but I know they are fucking around with my money.

I put them on speaker & fire up the work emails, blog & fiverr accounts & make a game for myself.

15 minutes later & a few transfers along Sprints shitty "customer disservice" lines & I win again. Fuck you Sprint.

What the fuck is an activation fee!? If You don't tell them that it is bullshit, you end up giving away an opportunity to game them back. I bet you I can be more persistent than any employee that comes up to bat. What are they going to do, fire you as a customer? Do it.
