TLDR: brother is being a bitch making excuses as to why women don’t like him. Whining about work everyday instead of focusing on self improvement. Has oneitis for his fucking boss, and developing a black pilled mentality. Now he refuses to even spit game most nights. He has a lot going for him career, looks, status, but has a terrible attitude. How can I help him before it’s too late?

I live with my brother he’s a couple of years older than I am(27). These last few years I’ve noticed him becoming more and more beta. First off he has no success with women, he recently went completely bald after balding the last 3 years. Now he says he can’t get women because he’s “short and bald”. The problem is he didn’t get women even when he had hair, and I know the short thing can’t be true because I’m 5’9 and have had success most of my adult life he’s only a bit shorter at 5’7. He’s not even a bad looking bald guy, he’s fit, dark black skin and has excellent style, I often model my fashion after his.

He whines about work and pay all day to the point I’m listening to this bullshit even at the gym. He actually makes decent money 60k ish, but complains that his co-workers make more and that I make about the same but “I don’t even have a masters like him”. It’s a subtle jab I usually Ignore. He has a crush on his boss that has turned into a slight obsession to the point he told me the other day he can’t focus on work around her. I here about this bitch on a weekly basis and he’s never fucked her or taken her out, she just flirts with him at work, she has fucking boyfriend too!

It seems like he’s given up on women all together. We went on a trip to Vegas a month ago with some mutual friends. Literally everyone spit game and pulled at least 1 chick except for him. He didn’t even try and now claims “he’s not interested in random women” idek wtf that means. It’s gotten to the point where even my mom told him in so many words to stop being a little bitch!

Need to help him ASAP as this is going south fast, btw I don’t want to cut him off that’s not an option. Any advice?
