How can you tell if a Woman is acting disinterested because she wants your attention and wants you to approach compared to one that doesn't?

(I'm talking about before you approach her)

I read a post on here a while ago (from a Woman) that said she acts disinterested in guys she likes yet she'll still expect and want the guy to approach her.
