So i was reading a 6 year old post on the main sub and tl:Dr one guy said he had a tattoo next to his dick, some girl falsely accused him of rape, he basically showed the tattoo to police and said if he indeed raped her she should know what tattoo it is, and she didnt and he got off. Is this smart or dumb?
