The only problem I have with disregarding and ignoring is that I’m in an LTR, so I believe some RESPECT may need to be shown, if this was a plate I would have absolutely no issue with it. For example, my gf hasn’t had sex with me 2 weeks, I kind of let it slide because she’s on birth control now and it’s affected her hormones, and there’s a tricky situation as to where and when sometimes but it’s never stopped us from fooling around on a couch or in the backseat of my truck on backroads we often ride. Two things happened, it was our one year and I did the nice gesture of leaving her a bouquet of flowers in her car for when she got off work, this was after she wrote a long extensive social media post, got me several gifts (more than I got her) and told me several times how thankful she was for me the past year in which I reciprocated. Anyways, that night we road back roads as it was Saturday, No sex, not even a hint of interest in it for me, I attributed it to the birth control, a day later I start giving her a back massage just messing around having fun and it turns sexual real quick, we make out, she grabs my dick, then proceeds move my hand toward her thighs, I finger her, and instead of going straight for my dick there’s almost hesitation, and she proceeds like she normally does but for like a whole minute and then she’s done. So this writes off the birth control excuse. So I withdraw attention for the next two days, she proceeds to call me an asshole and tells me I’m being rude, I calmly tell her I’m not and continue with our day and everything else. She keeps pestering me about what’s wrong, I explain to her we haven’t had sex in 3 weeks and I tell her that she’s half assing our relationship. She proceeds to go apeshit telling me how much of an asshole I am, how rude I am, I calmly tell her I’m not dealing with her, and I’m going to bed. She proceeds to blow up my phone. What do you know, she texts me this morning, I continue the conversation as if nothing happened, then she proceeds to get randomly upset, hang up the phone, and demand an apology, should I just ignore or stand my ground and tell her no.
