For context I am living in Sydney by myself, 18 year old and got citizenship so I have many doors open to me.

I am in the middle of a dilemma. Got an offer to uni for Commerce. My major interests are Finance or Economics.

On the other hand I can go to TAFE and do a qualification in Culinary Arts which interests me more now than going to study at UNI.

I am still interested in Finance and how to apply Economic theories in real life, but I want to try to do this small course in Culinary Arts and see where this takes me for 1 year.

I can still defer my offer of UNI for up to two years.

Additionally I am applying to the military to be a pilot, so I'm keeping myself open to options.

I honestly DON'T KNOW what to do. Those three options interest me, but only can choose one for now. What is your suggestion?
