Hello
I wanted to go lifting by myself but I would get hurt at 50kg squats. So right now I am taking lessons with a great personal trainer. He's a specialist with proper education and a former Arnold Classic finalist.
Problem is I am a beginner and make stupid mistakes. Need more external shoulder rotation, need to keep my hips neutral instead of forward-rotated when squatting, keeping the leg at 90 degrees when doing lounges.
These problems, I'm sure, will fade with time, persistence and diligence. But want to ask - is there any way I can speed up the process? I won't progress weights until I nail the form but I feel like a rookie doing form mistakes all the time.
