The best way to not seem butthurt is to not be butthurt.

She flaked, whatever. Onto the next one and just forget about her. She’s just another classmate, or coworker, or whatever, continue treating it like that.

If you have this seething anger or whatever feeling inside, address it, think about why you feel that way, and realize those feelings are a waste of your mental energy. Let them go. Get your mindset right brotha
