I have a problem with eye contact when I see an attractive girl. If the girl is in the same room, I try my best to not look in her direction like she's medusa or something.

When I catch a cute girl staring at me from afar, I immediately turn away and pretend like I'm looking at something else and never look back at her.

This problem doesn't happen with girls that I already spoke to at least once, I can hold eye contact pretty comfortably in this case.

This shit is driving me crazy, can I get some help?
