This is sexual projection. Most men don't run without a shirt on, it's usually the cut looking guy showing off their abs. Most men find wearing a shirt on a hot and sunny day keeps them cooler. The only exception being very humid conditions, in which case it may make sense to run shirtless depending on the sun
