You gotta ask her out and make it obvious so there's no misunderstanding. I ended up sleeping with a few of my friends by shamelessly inviting them out, but in my own experience it only works if you're not that close with them, because if they see you as a good friend or their best friend they won't take any risk that would screw that up.
