I had my T levels checked about 8 months ago but only today thought to ask my doctor what they actually were, she said they were 8.6 (I don't know the measurement) and said anything from 8.4+ is in the normal range but obviously I'm fucking 22 I shouldn't barely have enough testosterone

I've been obese since age 12, I have gynocomastia since age 12, I was 300lbs at my heaviest at age 17 I'm currently 238 but I still don't do much excercise or anything (I was probably like 260 when I had my T levels checked)

I've also had a masturbation addiction since like age 18, I masturbate no less than 4 times a day every day so I'm not sure if that's affecting my T levels or anything

Will I be able to function like a normal man with my current T levels? and will things like weight lifting improve them considerably?

Also, can anyone tell me what the high end of the normal range is since the doctor couldn't remember
