I really want 81yo me to be that active.

But sedentary/desk work (tech industry) really will put a drain on my spine/posture. I can already feel it.

I’ll do my best though.

Look at the skin of his arms, like a 20-30 year old skin. I believe the thing that most affect us in old age is lack of activity, not really old age. 50 years of sedentary life is what kills you.

Look deeper as well. Check out that acuity in his gaze, sharpness in his verbal communication - He is mentally very capable as well. You can't see the usual "foggy" demeanor and there is no trace of slowness as many 80 year olds have. He is way sharper than many young people while they zombie around in their ordinary lives.
