Cool your jets. This is not about "Success is the best revenge" type shit. BTW make sure she's blocked on everything. Thank me later.

This is different.

So I'm at the gym, just another day. After completing my 80/100 daily pushups. I felt something on my biceps. I felt it and feel euphoric for a moment. Holy shit I had developed some muscle. It was roundish. It moved back and forth if I twisted my arm back and forth. It was there. And I thought damm, "Imma look good." How did this happen?

Then I remembered the habit tracker template I stuck in my workstation. And I saw the red Xs I had marked before my every habit. And I thought damm I did a great job with this tool. What else could I've worked on all these days and could've reaped its benefits today? Shit, there was a ton. My euphoria vanished.

I am sure you have plans. Have you set the wheels in motion already or are you waiting for the perfect moment when all the planets of the solar system align and the sun shines brightly?

There were days in the gym when I thought "What am I doing man? This sucks." Thank God I didn't act on those emotions. Not I know what I was doing. Building a habit. Building discipline. Building a stronger, healthier, more attractive self.

The path on which you wish to walk on your whole life will have to be carved EVERY single day.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.

Looks like that smelly old Aristotle was right after all.

The RED X method was well, developed by Jerry Seinfeld the comedian. He used this technique to write jokes every day no matter what, no matter how he felt. And it works. It builds positive momentum. And tricks your mind into not wanting to break the chain of Xs. It creates accountability in the sense that when you don't see Xs next to some particular habit, you get conscious that you're not doing what you're supposed to and take measures to get out of that mental misery.

When you sow a positive habit, you reap a destiny. More than 50% of your daily actions are automatic habitual ones so you don't have to strain you little mind every time you have to do something.

Why does Chad have a rocking bod and a 6 figure job/business? Because he is incharge of his life. Incharge of his habits. He is free in ways you are not because he is disciplined. If he too where to eat as much sugar as he wanted, whenever he wanted, went to the gym only when he felt like, he too would be unsuccessful, testosterone deprived, unhealthy bum like you. Good news. The reins of your life are in your hands. Those reins are called habits. You can strengthen them and they will strengthen you. Neglect them and they will fuck you in the ass. And its gonna hurt.

This method is also highlighted in the book Atomic Habits by James Clear (must read).

It will be in your best interest to create a template for yourself or download it from James Clear's website and track your habits daily. If you are too lazy dm me your email and I'll send you.
