The Documentary Pumping Iron chronicles the events surrounding the 1975 Mr Olympia contest in Pretoria, South Africa. While recently watching the film, for the first time since taking the red pill, I realized that Arnold presents the frame of an ultimate red pill. These clips present the mentality of aloofness, confidence, and command presence which we all should seek to master. Arnold presents the aura of a man in complete control and command of his world, like a god among men. And the greatest part of it all is that he forged himself in the crucible, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, to become the BEAST at the top of the mountain.
