Well this has been bothering me for a while, me and my ltr both work and we only have time during the mid day for a bit when we're free.

We have casual sex, every day we meet but at times I get the hint that she's getting bored, like not in the mood despite she ends up having orgasms. Sometimes we're both tired.

I noticed she's way hornier if I leave her a day or two without sex. Should I take her out more? Is it okay if for some days I don't have sex and just go out for some coffee to discuss, do activities together etc.? (some days I'm not in the mood for sex either tbh and it's mentally exhausting)
