The producers of the show knew these women were married so they obviously were intentionally manipulating this. They are duchess and so are the married chicks. They may be separated but nobody with the bare minimum of class goes on a dating show when they're still not legally separated from their last spouse.

Correction: nobody with a modicum of class goes on a dating show period.
